Schaller Industries was incorporated in January of 2008.  Diane, my wife and I had decided it was time to open our own veterinary hospital.  The safety of ‘slow and steady’ was abandoned over the high risk ‘drop everything and get it done now’ approach.  Building purchase, refurbishment, equipment purchase & installation, opening inventory, and staffing were all major issues before us.  The number one concern was opening our doors for business on time.  We simply could not survive a delay.  Consequently I took on the role of general contractor.  Building redesign was done in 3-dimensional space using Solidworks CAD software.  Diane was able to virtually walk through the reception area, exam rooms, treatment, etc before the demolition even started.  Fortunately we have made it through the first two years despite the recession.  Please take a look at our website http://www.willowcreekanimalhospital.net.

My work with Buell / Harley-Davidson spanned many new product launches.  The launch of my own consulting business and my wife’s animal hospital, financed by ourselves, were by far the most intense launches I had ever managed.  This same level of commitment I bring to my clients.   Whatever your project may be - a totally new product idea, a redesign to increase durability, a growth driven tooling change to increase the production rate and reduce cost - my expertise, experience, and creativity can develop the optimal solution for your situation.

The name Schaller Industries was chosen to include contributions from my children someday.  My oldest son, Synjyn has already started by completing a logo design for a local soccer team.  His artistic talent and graphic design skills enable us to offer custom artwork, logos, business cards, and other graphic design products.  Completed work can be just the digital files or finished products such as embroidered clothing, decals, appliqués, or print media.
